ExelPOS provides a cloud-based Point of Sale, inventory management, digital ledger (Khata), and analytics platform for retail and service businesses.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

Subscription and Billing

  • ExelPOS is offered on a subscription basis with a free trial period as advertised at the time of signup.
  • Fees are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or multi-year) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of your account after a grace period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation. - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other accounts. - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service. - Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into ExelPOS. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you.

Service Availability

We aim to keep ExelPOS available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and the service may occasionally be unavailable due to factors outside our control.

Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExelPOS and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
